GOALS:

• To heighten the awareness of Diabetes-practicing preventive measures and conducting screenings with referrals where necessary;

• Sight Conservation & Work with the Blind - Screenings etc.;

• Working with Advocates for better health Care,

• HIV/AIDS Education;

• Disaster Preparedness & Safety - hold forums or workshops re same;

• Environment - Cleanliness is next to Godliness;

• Membership Growth and Retention - Recruit quality members and get them involved in the aspects of Lionism;

• Leadership - prepare members for leadership roles.

OBJECTIVE:

• To see that these areas are covered with professionalism and integrity via the District Chairpersons and Associates.

• No more delinquency of dues, disaster or district dues will be tolerated."
