DISTRICT GOVERNOR VISITS ZONE 3B

ZONE 3B HOSTS DISTRICT GOVERNOR SUB DISTRICT 60B

The Lions  and Leos of Zone 3b will   host the District Governor, Sub-District 60 B during his visit  from September 10 - 13, 2011.  The District Governor will be auditing the five lions clubs and one leo club.  The programme for the visit is as follows:

Saturday 10, September, 2011

  8:45 am - arrival of the District  Governor 60B
11:45 a.m..  Audit of the Micoud Lions club
12:00 p.m.  Audit of the Piton Lions Club
12:30 p.m. - Audit of the Vieux Fort Lions Clubs
  2:30 p.m. - First  Zone Meeting  - Presidents will presents their reports to the Zone
 6:00 p.m. - Social Activity - Members will have an opportunity to meet one-on-one with  District Governor

7:30 a.m. - Church Service at the Roman Catholic Church -Vieux Fort
11:00 a.m. - Social activity hosted by the Vieux Fort Lions

Monday 12, September 2011

10:00 a.m.  - Courtesy call on Her Excellency , Governor General Dame Pearlette Louisy
11:00 a.m. - Visit to La Place Carenage
12:00 p.m. - Lunch at Coal Pot Restaurant
 5:30 p.m. - Audit of the Leo Club of Castries - Bay Gardens  Hotel
 6:00 p.m. - Audit of the Lions Club of Castries
 6:30 p.m. - Audit of the Lions Club of Gros Islet
 7:00 p.m. - Dinner hosted by the Cabinet Officers

Tuesday 13 September, 20111

6:10p.m. - Depart Saint Lucia, George FLCharles Airport for Dominica.

District Governor as we in Zone 3B
